The company said its collection of handles, waterproof toys and other suction-cup sexcessories allows couples to enjoy each other in slippery situations.

Sportsheets President Tom Stewart responded to questions from an Esquire reader who asked about tips, tricks and advice for having sex in the shower without risk of injury.

Stewart suggested using Sex In the Shower handles that suction to any surface, as well as the shower step and foam knee pads to give the body a well-deserved cushion.

Although the vibrating mesh sponge was an awesome toy, it unfortunately died well before its time. It started its short battery life immediately when I removed the little tab separating the battery from the connection terminal. The length of the battery life is still unclear to me. The only other flaw was the on/off button for the vibrator. It wasn’t difficult to find. It was on the back of the toy. However it was an awkward button to push. The pros outweigh the cons because ultimately this hasn’t stopped us from enjoying its secondary function as a body washer.

We caught a glimpse of what Sportsheet’s Sex in the Shower line had to offer at a recent novelty show. We didn’t get to really see what all the fuss was about until we got them wet! Since the bathroom is our second favorite place to get down, we’re always interested in toys that remain functional while maintaining a waterproof design. The handle’s double suction action was amazingly easy to use and its strength surpassed our expectations! Ultimately this handle allowed for a firm grip and a steady position in what’s usually a slippery and potentially dangerous situation!

DJ says: Taking this harness out of the package and into bed was a bit of a stiff experience. The harness leather was a bit too firm against my skin (I’m sure that with more use the leather will soften to my liking!) and made it hard to feel the placement of the dildo. The straps were durable but a little pinchy, but I was still able to be suave with my lady as I usually am! A mellow mess-around would likely be fine with this harness, but if you want to strap it on for a solid romp in the sheets, watch out for strap chafing. Watch out for clean up, getting the plush fabric on the backside of the harness and snap-on piece washed up is a challenge. It felt more novelty than fun-ction.

The snap-on dildo attachment kept the shiny silicone snugly in place better than the rubber o-rings we’ve used before, and it also comes with a metal o-ring for girth-tastic dildos!
