Suki, the founder of OhMiBod, which pioneered the design and manufacture of technology-enabled pleasure products, is the current interview subject for the EdenFantasys.com community.
The interview can be seen here.
Suki and her husband Brian have been married for 22 years and have two children. While juggling family life, their mission is to bring their tech-driven vibrators to the mainstream consumer market.
With their recent inclusion in Grammy Awards swag bags, they appear to be on their way.
In her interview, Suki reveals that the inspiration for OhMiBod came from Brian traveling often. One Christmas, her stocking was stuffed with a vibrator and an iPod and soon found herself using the two together.
What was the road to the first product like? Is it hard to balance everything? Did Steve Jobs wish Suki well with embarking on this venture? What’s Suki’s favorite song to “test” products to? The questions are endless!
Suki will be giving away prizes for her favorite three questions. Prizes include OhMiBod’s latest release — the Freestyle vibe for first place, OhMiBod’s Club Vibe or the OhMiBod signature vibe for second place, and third place wins a $25 Eden Fantasys gift card.
The interview is open for questions until Tuesday, March 9.
Every element of the OhMiBod from concept to design perfectly targets today’s generation of women that are on the go. Inside the clean white box it is packaged in, the OhMiBod comes encased in a hard plastic box with padding inside to snugly hold the OhMiBod and its wireless transmitter; because most importantly this vibe easily connects to an iPhone, iPod (any model), any mp3 player or home speaker system. The case is extremely travel-friendly, plus you’re provided with a universal charger with adapters for the U.S., Europe, Australia, New Zealand or the U.K., making the OhMiBod ready to go anywhere!
After weeks of use, my OhMiBod is still running on its initial charging — because it offers up to five hours of fun. Its manual setting features seven vibrating functions ranging from constant speeds to pulsation patterns. They’re powerful and the velvety coating offers a smooth touch. Since the OhMiBod is of a hard material, it doesn’t look or feel human-like, but I do love the pressure its stiffness offers.
When the wireless transmitter is connected to a music device, the OhMiBod’s intensity depends on the tunes. I recommend the pulsation of the fast steady beats of punk, upbeat Latin music and sensual reggae rhythms. Also, if the music doesn’t do it for me, it’s easy to switch from music to manual mode.
